Karo is a community builder with passion for facilitating cooperation and know-how exchange between people from different fields of expertise. As Education Manager at TechSoup Europe, she collaborated on developing TransparenCEE Network trainings and a pilot program Tech4Stories. 

Karo’s engagement in civic tech started 5 years ago when she organised the first Personal Democracy Forum CEE, supported development of Code for Poland and several civic tech projects. Her background is in youth work, as an activist, trainer and consultant she dedicated over a decade of her life to supporting youth participation in decision-making at all levels.
