Victoria Welborn manages NDI’s programming in the areas of civic innovation, legislative strengthening, political process monitoring, and open government. In particular, Victoria oversees the Open Parliament e-Network community and its relationship with the Open Government Partnership, the strategic goals for the Code for All Network, and supports the communication efforts for the Design 4 Democracy Coalition. Prior to joining NDI, Victoria served as the Creative Director in the United States House of Representatives, where she managed digital communications for the House Conference. Victoria holds a bachelor of arts from St. Edward’s University.
