Cosmin uses the intersection of culture, technology and communication as starting places for the race for a more representative democracy. He uses communication tactics he learned by doing to lure people into being „civically fit”, socially conscious and all the other buzzwords you can think of. For instance innovation, which he has a soft spot for. He draws inspiration and uses vernacular aquired from the various communities he was part of. He is a sort of connector-relay, transforming the info he receives into meaningful „what’s in it for me”s before passing it on to the right people.
