Karoline joined Code for Hamburg beginning 2018. She co-organized the conference ‘FORUM Offene Stadt 2018’ (‘Forum Open City’) in Hamburg (Germany) where key stakeholders from the civic tech and open government scene in Germany got the opportunity to meet, exchange and create new ideas.
Being active in the association ‘Cradle to Cradle Germany’ for three years now she explores the link between digitalisation and sustainability.
Her professional career led her to divers fields like the film, the architecture or the plastics industry. In 2018 she finished her MBA Strategic Management at the Hamburg School of Business Administration. As a project manager at the company We-Build.City she currently supports several projects in the field of open government, for example citizens engagement in public planning processes.
